For a video tutorial follow the link (https://vimeo.com/420581067). Watch the video twice and in your book underneath the dot date answer the questions on the worksheet below.
In your book underneath the long date can you write what you would do if you were a superhero? What would your super power be? What would you wear? What would you do to help people? Remember to start sentences with a capital letter and end them with a full stop.
You can draw a picture of you as a superhero to go with your writing.
This week we are going to spend some time focusing on what makes us special.
This half term we will be learning about pirates. Today we are going to create our own pirate. Below are a set of instructions to make a cardboard tube pirate. You can design your pirate to be scary or friendly, when you have finished I would love to see what your pirate looks like.
Read your school reading book or choose another book from home. Remember to use your phonics to help you read any tricky words.
